Buying a house in the Bay Area’s competitive market can be incredibly stressful, but from the moment Molly sold her first house in 1998 (a small 3 bedroom, 1 bath “starter” home) she fell in love with the particular challenges involved in working with buyers in the Bay Area. Since she sold that first house, she has helped many other buyers find their dream homes from San Jose to San Francisco, with a special focus on the mid-peninsula, where she lives with her 3 children.

The reality of buying a home in the Bay Area is that prices are high, homes sell quickly and there are often multiple bids. Therefore, prudent buyers may find that they will make multiple offers before successfully purchasing their home. Molly is DEDICATED to going through this process with her clients and works with them as long as necessary for them to find the right home at the right price.
